Frequently asked questions
How do I create my first picture?
Open the app, sign in, and tap the wheel icon on the home screen. Give each of the three wheels a spin, pick a theme, then tap Create. The AI will deliver your picture in a few seconds.
What are credits and how do I buy more?
Credits power AI generations — pictures, colouring pages, and new Game Zone puzzles (videos coming soon). See How credits work for costs and how account holders allocate spending per device. New accounts start with a few free credits so you can try the app. To buy more, open Settings → Buy more credits and pick a pack. On iPhone or iPad the purchase goes through the App Store; on Android it goes through Google Play.
I bought credits but they didn't appear.
First, open Settings → Restore purchases. This contacts the store to re-check any recent transactions and adds the credits to your account. If the credits still don't appear within a few minutes, email support@spincreateplay.com with the date and time of the purchase and the email address tied to your store account.
How do I save a picture to my phone?
From any picture in your Gallery, tap the save icon at the top of the lightbox. On iPhone or iPad the first save will trigger an "Add to Photos" permission prompt; accept it and the picture is filed under a "SpinCreatePlay" album in the Photos app. On Android the picture is dropped straight into your Gallery / Photos app under the same album name, no permission prompt needed on Android 10 and later.
How do I share a picture or video?
For pictures, tap the share icon at the top of the lightbox. Your phone's system share sheet will open — that's the same sheet you see in every other app, so you can send the creation via Messages, email, social apps, or quick-transfer tools like AirDrop on iPhone / iPad and Nearby Share / Quick Share on Android. Video sharing is coming soon — the same share and "More" (⋯) options will apply when videos launch.
How do I report a picture or video?
Open the picture in the Gallery, tap the more (⋯) icon, and choose Report this picture. Pick a reason and optionally add a note. Our moderation team reviews every report within 24 hours and removes anything that breaks the rules. Report this video will be available when video features launch.
How do I delete a single picture or video?
Open the picture in the Gallery, tap the more (⋯) icon, then choose Delete picture. Deletion is permanent. Delete video will be available when video features launch.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
Open Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm. We immediately remove your account, all pictures, line-art colouring pages, painted sessions, any videos (when present) and push tokens. Apple's and Google's purchase records cannot be deleted by us — contact the store directly if you also need those removed.
Can I get a refund on credits I haven't used?
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple, Google Play and Stripe, not by us. On iPhone/iPad, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, request a refund through your Google Play order history within Google's refund window. For web payments, email us and we'll work with Stripe on your behalf.
I forgot my Settings PIN.
From the PIN screen, tap Forgot PIN? We will email a reset code to the email address on the account. Enter the code and set a new PIN.
Why is the AI sometimes refusing my prompt?
SpinCreatePlay uses safety filters from our AI providers that block sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise unsafe content — even by accident. If a prompt is being rejected and you think it shouldn't be, try a slightly different theme or wording. If you believe the filter is wrong, let us know.
Which devices does SpinCreatePlay support?
iPhone and iPad running iOS 13 or later, Android phones and tablets running Android 8.0 or later. A modern web browser is also supported for the web version of the app.
Is this safe for kids to use on their own?
SpinCreatePlay is built for families to enjoy together. The app uses content-safety filters and there is a PIN-protected Settings screen so children can't change preferences or buy credits without the account holder. We still recommend that the account holder is an adult who supervises early sessions.
