Launching Summer 2026 on the App Store & Google Play

How credits work

SpinCreatePlay is free to download. Credits are the in-app currency for AI-powered content — new pictures, colouring-book pages, and Game Zone puzzles with videos coming soon). Everything else (spinning the wheels, painting in an existing colouring page, replaying a Game Zone puzzle) does not spend credits.

What each action costs

Costs are shown in the app with the same style you see on the home screen. Current prices:

  • New AI picture

Pick a theme, spin three wheels, and tap Create for a one-of-a-kind picture born from your lucky combo.

  • Video from a picture Coming soon

Not yet available in the app. When this launches, you'll turn a gallery picture into a short animated video. Charged when you start the job; refunded automatically if generation fails.

  • Colouring page (line art)

Convert a gallery picture into a line-art page in My Colouring Book you can pain on over and over again. Painting, filling and drawing on the pages you create are free.

Prices may change over time; the app loads the latest costs from our servers when it starts.

Account balance vs ready-to-use credits

There are two numbers account holders should know about:

  • Account balance — all credits on your SpinCreatePlay account (shared across devices you sign into).
  • Ready to use on this device — how many credits the app user can spend on this phone or tablet before the account holder tops up again. Shown on the home screen with the amber star.

When someone creates content, both numbers go down by the action cost. Buying a pack adds to the account balance; account holders then Top up or adjust the device limit so the app user can use credits right away.

Buying credit packs

New accounts receive a small starter balance so you can try the app before buying. To add more:

  1. Open Settings (Settings PIN required).
  2. Tap Buy more credits.
  3. Choose a pack, options include sizes from 20 up to 500 credits. Prices are set by the App Store or Google Play and shown at checkout.

Purchases go through Apple or Google in-app billing; we never see your card details. After a purchase, credits land on your account and the app can top up this device automatically so creating is not blocked while you allocate allowance.

If credits are missing after a purchase, use Restore purchases in Settings, then contact support@spincreateplay.com if they still do not appear.

Managing how fast credits are spent

Settings is PIN-protected so app users cannot buy packs or change limits on their own. Account holders control spending per device:

  • Credits ready to use on this device — set the maximum number of credits the app user may spend here before asking again (default 5). Saving applies the same rule as Top up: the device gets the lower of this limit and credits left on the account.
  • Top up — after entering your PIN, refills ready-to-use credits on this device up to that limit (capped by what is still on the account). Use this when the app user has run out but you still have balance to share.

Example: Account balance 20, device limit 5, the app user sees 5 ready to use credits. After five one credit picture purchases, ready to use hits zero; the account still holds 15 and can top the device up again (up to 5 more on that device) or raise the device limit and allocate more.

Refunds and free retries

  • Image generation — when image generation fails on our side, account credits are refunded and the device allowance is restored when possible.
  • Videos (coming soon) — when video generation launches, if a job fails on our side, account credits are refunded and the device allowance is restored when possible.
  • Game Zone — only starting a new puzzle costs credits; guessing and trying again on the same game do not.
  • Colouring — only creating the line-art page costs credits; drawing and saving paint sessions on that page do not.
